From House Wife To Film Maker

Hello all!
Took my computer to the Apple store and viola she’s all better So thanks to all who offered prayers and offerings to the Mac god.

The Genius I got today really was a Genius. He dug into the problem and fixed it! Without having to even try and duplicate anything. He just looked around and found the problem. I won’t bore you with the details, but let me just say I really needed to take it to the store for it to be seen.

Went back to Barnes and Nobel today and re-looked at the computer books, couldn’t find anything better on Word Press however made a wonderful discovery, there are some computer guide books to be found with nice glossy color pages loaded with pictures. What a delight to behold. I was so excited I bought one: iWork ’09 Portable Genius. It’s not thin but it is picture heavy!!!! I think I will make some terrific progress into the world of “Pages” with that book by my side. In my determination to go all Mac I am attempting to make the switch over from Word ’07 to Pages. I am a little skeptical really, I do love Word and I have taken the time to master the majority of the ribbon, so I know it like the back of my hand and find it easy to use. We’ll see what I think.

Worked with John on the video for over three hours then off to work. Later when I got to see what he had done I loved the additions. This is going to be a great 2nd video. He gave a copy to our friend to see what she thinks can’t wait till tomorrow when she tells us!
