I'm a detail person. Just not a finite detail person, which has caused me to be missing out . . .

I learned something about the inner workings of my WordPress blog.  John2 was surfing around inside it’s guts and clicked on the spam button.  Which before I go any farther I have to stop right here and blushingly admit I had no earthy idea it existed.  Yes, I know it sits right there for me to see.  It’s not exactly hiding.  And yes I too have clicked around inside the guts of WP.  Gone into the very area he was in.  But you have to know something about me and that is this: I miss little details.  Although, confusingly, I’m a detail person.  LOL.  Now you figure that out!!  The detail person, misses details.  Possibly I’ve just been unconsciously keeping myself from obsessing over details.  Which would therefore keep me in balance???  Humm, good excuse.  I’ll go with that one.

I know that my missing little details, that say, my kids don’t miss annoys them and they cannot ever figure out how I could have.  I’ve had people that know me accuse me of lying about not seeing something that was detail related because they know that I’m such a detail person.  This is a problem.  A downright burden really.  Being me can have it’s glitches.  I’m complex.  LOL  But seriously I miss details.  Ask my kids.  :)   :)   They’ll be happy to chirp right in and say, “Yes.  Yes she does.”  Then they’ll be more than happy to go right on and list examples for you in order to support their point.  Now where on earth they got the trait of listing examples to support points is completely beyond me.  I wouldn’t have the foggiest idea. ;)

So what have I missed?  People can comment to me and the system may pull it out and puts it into a spam folder.  I think because there’s an address linked to it.  Now granted some was pure spam but many were and seemed to be people commenting to me, for commenting sake.  Gasp.  I had no idea!!!  Yeah, they put addresses, some were emails, and some businesses, but I always include my link when I make comments on others sites why shouldn’t they on mine??  Within reason of course.  I won’t just allow any site to “advertise” on my blog.  I didn’t count but there was like 6 comments over the last month or so that I was able to approve and are now out there on my blog.  Have to say I’m all glowy.  So exciting to have commenters.  I dearly love Kellie whose been reading me for around a month now and comments all the time.  Without her I think I would be seeking Prosac.  But in spite of her there have been times I feel like I’ve been posting into the great void.  Sitting in the pumpkin patch Halloween night with Linus, waiting for the Great Pumpkin to come and Snoopy is howling at the moon.  This has made my day to say the least.  Oh and in fairness I should mention that the other day I discovered that two people I know and interact with on Facebook have been reading me fairly regularly too.  It’s just that they haven’t commented nor let me know.  Till the other day that is :)

Love ya,
Theresa Jane

OMG, how could I not read your blog. You can make me smile, laugh and sometimes just giggle out loud. Good lord I am thankful the cat is the only one who can here me. You are never afraid of admitting a flaw and you have opened my eyes to so many things. You are a teacher and I enjoy being taught by you. Your writing style is not uptight and that keeps me interested. You make me wish I had a John2, maybe I would not have lost all the pictures I took today. I truly hope you get more readers, you deserve to be read!!
