Slow day after my Liver Cleanse. . .
I am so sleepy. Been a good day. As I mentioned yesterday I did a liver cleanse yesterday so today was the “after effects”. Lots of bathroom trips as old slug moves from my liver out of me. It’s a simple and yet amazing process. By amazing I mean… when you see what comes out. Wow. We wash our hair and body all the time, and yet our organs never get “washed” or flushed or anything and boy do they need it.
The second day most people feel a bit drained physically and the mind can get involved with the tired so it’s not a get up and motor around day. So that has slowed me down today considerably. Didn’t get a whole lot down here on my Western Front, business wise, but health wise we’re making improvements to be sure. Good glory what’s coming out…
I did go to work tonight, but thankfully my daughter also works this job with me and she happen to get done with her nanny job early so she took me. Thank God. I wouldn’t have wanted to drive if I didn’t need to.
So, the liver cleanse equals little getting done, little to tell about. But I will add that I’m having a confusion with posting pictures to my blog. They upload huge. Have to figure something out that I don’t know about apparently. So hopefully tomorrow I will have the pictures in of Grace getting her certificate and Caleb skating b-day party.
Night all,

All my pix originals are big (5.2 megapixels or more), so if I’m gonna email them or upload them I use Picasa, which is free from Google, and make a reduced-size copy first that maintains the level of sharpness. You could do that with any photo editing program. Pix can’t normally upload any bigger than what they are, so if your copy is (for example) 450x, or 480x pixels it should work.
Your “about” picture isn’t big, so how come that one worked?
My picture was put there by John Mark… got to find out what he did. I think it’s odd, this whole picture upload problem because in WP.com they zing in there no problem. I’ll have to see about what you do…tomorrow. That’s something new and I don’t want to do anything new right now. Actually want to do something old, sleep
Thanks for the tips.
