Today, the facts, the acts, and the doing . . .

Published by TheresaJane at 12:47 am under Uncategorized

I’m sleepy, it’s been a full and wonderful day so today post is…”Just the facts Mame”…

John Mark  and I got together to work on getting our web site, Free the Mind Productions in process of being built.  Finally.  This project had been back burnered for a number of reasons up till now.  The afternoon spun around getting that done and here’s the thing, as I’ve said many times and as everyone knows, the speed with which things on the internet change is incredible.  And boy oh boy whoever isn’t up for CHANGE and behaving like the “water” we are and flowing with it, then the world of the internet isn’t really the place for them.  Because change can occur daily out there in “net land”. (These last couple of sentences may throw you, if they do it’s because I’m bouncing off yesterday’s post read it and it’ll all come clear, like water ;) )

Since we did our last site, the numerous companies we’ve familiarized ourself with and have utilized for templates changed the game plan so we had a bunch to learn and discover and make decisions on whether or not to proceed in the manner of which we had before.   So on marches the research.  Once the decision is rendered we should get things routed rather quickly.

Then John Solomon and I took the CD with the photos the photography shot of John Solomon’s painting to have prints run.  We’re selling them at the Black Expo on Saturday.  I am excited to say that the four we picked have transfered beautifully into print form.  Honestly they’re simply stunning.   The guy doing the work was amazed at the detail and beauty of the paintings and wished he could see the originals.  The entire order will be ran tomorrow, I’ll pick them up and then put them onto cardboard and wrap them in plastic for the show.  I also have to take one of the prints to the frame shop to have it framed.  BTW If you have no earthly idea what paintings I’m talking about and you haven’t seen them yet you really must go to John’s web site and see them: www.johnsolomonsandridge.com The paintings accompany his book: Red Book and Cotton-Journey to True-Freedom.  They are representations of what is taught and illustrated throughout the book.

Worked tonight with my daughter at the job we work together Monday nights and it was the sweetest time.  After we went to Publix together, gathered food items and enjoyed the store by taking our time and looking around at various things we might not normally buy.  Fun.  Relaxing.  Would like to do it again, when we both have more time and money…

I no sooner than got home and discovered that Caleb had left his coat in my car, so back I went to their house to drop it off.  That would make it three times that I was there today.  Yeah, just three. :)

So basically, the business moved forward for another day…  A bit more of our foundation has been laid.
Night, love ya,
Theresa Jane

I do like John’s paintings. At some point I’ll have time to read the book (after the move).

Thanks for telling me. I’ll pass that along. And glad to hear you’ll be reading the book–after the move :) — you’re going to love it.
